Gary Greene

Gary’s love of nature has greatly influenced his work. Watercolor medium has proven the most spontaneous and portable of all, especially when plein air painting alone or with a group of students. His studio, overlooking a peaceful valley in Ephrata, Lancaster County, is equipped for his printmaking and painting. Serving as Artist in Residence, Gary has participated in the Arts in Education Program of the Maryland State Arts Council. He is a member of the American Impressionist Society, the PA Watercolor Society and was former president of the Washington Society of Landscape Painters.
